A 1-year-old sea otter named Mishka is learning to use an asthma inhaler after she developed breathing trouble following wildfires in the Seattle area.

Dr. Lesanna Lahner, who’s treating Mishka at at the Seattle Aquarium, says although it’s rare, animals such as horses and cats have also been diagnosed with asthma.
