Pangolins are known for their "scaly anteater" appearance and their love of mud, but did you know that one type of pangolin can also climb trees?

Tree pangolins, which are native to Africa, seem to walk up trees more than climb them. They can easily make their way up a tree, even one without branches — they simply use their tails for balance and walk on up.
