My buddy (and MNN contributor) Josh Dorfman, aka The Lazy Environmentalist, is setting off on the Brita Climate Ride, a five day, 300 mile bike ride from New York City to Washington, DC, to help raise money for and awareness of global warming. The funds raised will be donated to three great orgs- Focus the Nation, Rail-to-Trails Conservancy, and Clean Air - Cool Planet.

If you'd like to support Josh's ride, you can donate money over at his fundraising page. He's raised $1,315 as of the time I'm writing this, it'd be great to double or triple that total by the time Josh sets out.

Here's a quick video from last years Climate Ride.

Have a great ride Josh!
