During a visit to his granddaughter’s Catholic school in March, musician Ted Nugent told the children to say no to drugs, alcohol and tobacco. At the end of his speech, a student asked about global warming to which Nugent replied, “Global warming is a fraud. Watch Glenn Beck.”

Nugent didn’t elaborate on why he thinks global warming is a myth, but he recently stated that President Barack Obama shouldn’t waste money trying to reduce green house gas emissions.

“We admit that warming and cooling is a naturally occurring cycle that has to do with the sun and that there is nothing we can do about it. We admit Al Gore is a fraud and a global warming Ponzi-schemer. Then we take back Al's Grammy and documentary award,” he said in a recent commentary.
