Enceladus: Enormous icy geysers
Enceladus is the sixth-largest moon of Saturn (diameter: 310 miles). It’s covered in ice, making it very reflective to light. Surface temperature during the day: A super-chilly minus 320 degrees Fahrenheit!
The Cassini mission discovered that Enceladus has cold geysers that produce icy jets that played a role in the formation of Saturn’s rings. These jets can be seen on the posters, which claims that Enceladus is home to “cold faithful,” a word play on the famous Yellowstone National Park geyser.
