This is why Iceland should be on your must-visit list

Known and the land of fire and ice, Iceland is famous for its striking landscapes that have been formed both from volcanic activity and freezing winter temperatures. The combination has made this country one of lush, green landscapes, jaw-dropping waterfalls and rivers, unique mountains and hillsides, stunning beaches and lagoons, and so much more. There's a reason why Hollywood has fallen in love with this place as a setting for so many films.

Pictured here is just one of the many sights - Kirkjufell (Church Mountain) and Kirkjufellsfoss (Church Mountain Falls). Short but beautiful, the falls rush along next to an eye-catching mountain, and the combination has made it a famous spot for landscape photographers.

If you think this is a beautiful sight, then know you've barely scratched the surface of what Iceland has to offer for those who love to travel!
