Xeni Jardin over at Boing Boing came across this amazing video of a chance interaction between photographer John King and a troop of wild mountain gorillas near Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda. It's a strikingly intimate experience that must have been both terrifying and exhilarating for King, who was sitting just a few feet away from a huge silverback gorilla. It really drives home how enormous gorillas are. A fully grown male gorilla is power incarnate.
