For Puerto Rico native Sara Rodriguez-Juarbe, being strong and being there for other people are of utmost importance.
That’s why, when she moved stateside in 2014 to take a job with Georgia-Pacific, she chose to work at the company’s lumber mill in Rome, Georgia. It was the closest location to an international airport, and she wanted to be able to fly home easily, she said, “just in case something happened.”
