Caine Monroy is a 9-year-old boy from East Los Angeles. Like many kids, he had to hang out at his dad's store over summer vacation. But unlike most kids, Caine didn't whittle away his days playing video games or watching TV in the back storeroom. Cain spent his summer vacation building an elaborate DIY cardboard arcade in his dad’s used auto parts store out of recycled cardboard boxes and other used parts. He dreamed of the day he would have customers standing in line to play his games.
