The Food Network will host the Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival this weekend at the Jersey shore. Food network chefs and personalities Paula Deen, Guy Fieri, Sandra Lee, the Neelys, and more will be there along with my friends John and Lisa who will be attending the event. Perhaps I can get them to report on anything they find organic/local/sustainable at the event.

You won’t want to miss MNN’s 40 chefs under 40: Reader’s choice. Forty rising culinary stars that work to make great sustenance more sustainable are featured. Check them all out to see if there are any in your area.
