Cooperrider family since 1999, Ukiah is the nation’s first all-organic brewpub. It offers 12 ales and lagers, including stout, porter and India pale ale, which are all brewed using organic barley. Its Pilsner Ukiah is the nation’s first organic beer in a can. Eco-minded patrons will be happy to snack on Ukiah’s eclectic bar menu, which offers everything from pasta and burgers to wild salmon and Thai curries, all made from ingredients grown and produced on certified organic farms.
