Inspired by Baja-style Mexican seafood, the Ave Maria packs a wicked one-two punch that will have you praising Los Santos for tomatoes.
Prep time: 10 minutes
- 12 ounces tomato juice
- 3 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces lime juice
- ½ teaspoon chili paste
- dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 pickled jalapeno pepper, seeded (optional)
- Black pepper and sea salt to taste
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker except pepper and salt.
- Shake well.
- Pour stirred ingredients into cocktail glass over ice. Season to taste.
