Before I introduce you to a couple of video clips from the "Colbert Report," I have to tell you this: Earlier this year, when my 11-year-old had to write an essay about his role model, he wrote about Stephen Colbert. After being a little disappointed that he didn’t choose my husband or me, it occurred to me that I loved his choice.

Okay, on to the videos. A couple of weeks ago, I told you that one of my own role models, Michelle Obama, is working with Wal-Mart Stores to make healthy changes to the food it sells. After a funny little bit about DiGiorno’s new Pizza & Wyngz, Colbert talks about the “devastating” results that the first lady’s “Vegihad” combined with the power of Wal-Mart could have on us.
