94-year-old Clara is a cook and somewhat of an Internet celebrity for her popular series on Depression-era cooking. Her show and cookbooks recreate some of the recipes her mother made to feed her family during the Depression. Given the state of today's economy, it might not be such a bad idea to learn how to make due with less in the kitchen.
