I came across this interesting video today on YouTube. Shitake mushrooms are seasoned with olive oil and sea salt, then roasted for an hour until dehydrated. The result, they claim, is a mushroom that tastes like bacon. If this is really true, it could make my efforts to eat less meat a lot easier! An MLT instead of a BLT? Hmmmmm....

Has anyone ever tried this?
