Whether you bought more Halloween candy than trick-or-treaters, or you’ve got a bunch of candy your children collected but aren’t interested in, knowing what to do with leftover candy can be a problem. If you’re looking for a solution once this year's Halloween festivities are over, Halloween Candy Buy Back has an excellent idea.

Those with leftover candy can take it to a registered dentist’s office. The dentists will buy back the candy for $1/pound. All of the candy will be donated to Operation Gratitude, and the candy will end up in one of the 60,000 care packages the organization plans to send to our troops this holiday season.

To find a dentist in your area who is collecting the candy, input your ZIP code on the homepage for the Halloween Candy Buy Back program. (Note: When you type in your ZIP code, also try a radius wider than 5 miles, since that appears to affect the results.)
