Lemon Yogurt Pie

Lemon Yogurt Pie

Prep time: 40 minutes

Total time: 7 hours

Serves 6 to 8


  • 4 ounces lemon juice, about 3 large lemons
  • Half lemon, zest
  • 1 lemon, peel
  • 1 ready-made 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped cream
  • 16 ounces vanilla yogurt
  1. Using a peeler, remove the skin from one lemon into oblong shapes and zest half a lemon. Set aside zest and lemon peel.
  2. Juice lemons.
  3. Combine zest, juice, sugar, whipped cream and yogurt in ceramic bowl.
  4. Stir until ingredients have a creamy consistency, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour into pie pan.
  6. Using a paring knife, cut peel into petal shapes. Place petals on pie.
  7. Refrigerate and let harden, about six hours.
