In my wallet right now are four tickets for "Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows, Part 2" for 12:01 a.m. tonight (or tomorrow morning, depending on how you look at it). When I went to pick up the tickets earlier this morning, there were already young adults wearing Hogwarts uniforms lined up to be the first in the theater to see the last film and say goodbye to Harry, Ron, Hermione and all the characters from the wizarding world.

Like most of the fans of the Harry Potter series, I have mixed emotions about this last movie. I’m excited to see how it all wraps up (not that I don’t know how the story ends in the book, but you know what I mean), and I’m sad because, as the movie posters say, tonight "It All Ends."

In honor of the film, Working Class Foodies created this instructional video for Butterbeer, the drink that Harry and his friends drink when they visit Hogsmeade.

While this may not be the healthiest beverage, I’ll probably be making this with my boys this weekend (with a few organic ingredients) as a treat and a way to toast farewell to Harry and the gang. And yes, I’ll probably stick a little bourbon in mine.
