Bagel Crisps

Bagel crisps have more heft than chips and require less oil than crostinis, making them an ideal midday snack.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Total time: 35 minutes

Yield: Serves 4

Bagel Crisps


  • 2 bagels, plain or multigrain
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt


  1. Preheat oven 250 degrees.
  2. Cut bagels crosswise into even sections about 1/4 inch thick. Combine in mixing bowl with oil and seasoning.
  3. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for about 30 minutes, or until crisp but not hard.
