- 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate baking nibs
- 6 oz. crystallized ginger pieces
Add 3 oz. nibs to double boiler over medium heat. Melt, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Add remaining chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted. Dip ginger pieces into chocolate.
Place ginger on baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
