Demanding cleaner clouds
An activist from the environment action group Greenpeace holds a fistful of black balloons -- symbolizing electricity made from coal plants -- with the slogan, ''Be Next: Clean your cloud,'' during an April 22 protest on the sidelines of a Microsoft exhibition in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Greenpeace is urging Microsoft to switch from coal power to renewable power to run its cloud computing data centers.
