Hugh Jackman is sporting a bandaged nose once again after surgery last week to remove a basal cell carcinoma.

The surgery marks the third in nearly a year for the 46-year-old actor, with every new confirmation an opportunity to reach out to fans and encourage one big thing: sunscreen.

On Monday, Jackman posted a picture of Baz Luhrmann's '90s advice song "Everybody's Free (To Wear Sunscreen)" with his own plea for people to follow that advice.

An Australian, Jackman has previously commented that his lack of sunscreen in his younger days is the likely culprit behind his recent scares. His native country has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, with some 750,000 Australians treated for the disease each year.

“I’m an Aussie, we have to get checked — but everyone should get checked," he said earlier. "Particularly if you’re my age. If you’re 21 or older, you just go and get checked. It’s simple.”
