Russian figure skaters perform in Paris

Elena Ilinykh and Nikita Katsalapov of Russia perform under dramatic lighting on Nov. 17 during the Trophee Eric Bompard, part of the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, which is taking place at the Palais Omnisports de Bercy in Paris, France.

Ilinykh and Katsalapov earned personal best scores, and they were met with a roaring standing ovation at the conclusion of their free dance. With an overall score of 171.89 points, the ice dancing icons glided through to win the event's silver medal, and they're expected to do well at the upcoming Olympic Games in Sochi.
