Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Hudson, two celebs who have publicly battled weight loss over the years, are featured in a new commercial from Weight Watchers showing off their healthier new bodies.

Simpson, who lost more than 50 pounds after the birth of her first child, says in the ad that she obsessed about her weight her entire life — always trying some new "life-stopping diet." She says that the Weight Watchers program “let’s me be me” and added, “I amazed myself.”

Hudson went on to lose 80 pounds following the birth of her son, David Otunga Jr. in 2009. “I was overweight my entire life. I figured I was just born that way.”

In an interview with the Huffington Post last year, Hudson explained that more than 175 family members joined her on the journey to healthier living.

"They've lost over 2,000 pounds collectively," she said. "I'm so proud of all of them. They've all supported me in everything I've ever done, so I was so blown away when they decided to take this journey seriously and do Weight Watchers."
