Miranda Kerr may have been genetically blessed with an amazing body, but to keep it that way, she does her fair share of maintenance and healthy eating.

The 29-year-old Australian model recently told the Daily Mail that yoga, meditation and health eating are all a big part of her daily routine.

"I make sure I do half an hour of yoga in the morning so that then I’m feeling good," she said. "I have been working out quite a bit doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands and I eat super healthy."

"Health is really wealth I think," she added. In Kerr's case, that's very true. Some estimates place her yearly income for modeling at between $3-$4 million.

The recent mother also credited meditation with helping to relieve stress throughout the day — something husband Orlando Bloom has also praised. "If I’m in the car on the way to work or if I'm on the plane on the way to a job I’ll do a meditation," she said.

According to one source, Bloom and Kerr practice a Japanese form of Buddhism. "Inner peace and inner beauty is very important to me," she says. "I don’t like to talk too much about it, but what I will say is that it is very grounding and really centering.”

Besides steamed vegetables, fresh fruit, and fish, Kerr also credits coconut oil for giving her clear skin and shiny hair. "I personally take around 4 teaspoons of coconut oil per day either on salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea!" she says
