Charles Barkley is back in high heels.

The former NBA star, who in 2010 dressed up like Alicia Keys on "Saturday Night Live," appears in drag for a new ad campaign for Weight Watchers.

The 49-year-old became a spokesperson for the brand back in the fall, losing 42 pounds in the process. Now, he's trying to get men involved in the primarily female-dominated weight loss program.

"If this is what I gotta do to get you to listen, then take a good look," Barkley says in the ads, tossing his hair. "My eyes are up here, guys," he quips.

At one point topping out at 350 pounds, Barkley says he no longer feels sluggish and deprived of energy. He's also started incorporating more vegetables and fruits into his diet — a natural way to shed excess weight.

"I thought vegetables were all nasty! Weight Watchers has me eating cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and asparagus, and I really, really like it," he told People last year

Look for Barkley's ads to hit markets starting April 8. A preview of one ad is below.
