Leveraging the social networking power of Edward Norton's Crowdrise site, Soleil Moon Frye has launched a new charity campaign aimed at raising funds for Sean Penn's J/P Haitian Relief Organization. Miley Cyrus, LL Cool J, Eric Dane, and Zooey Deschanel are just a few of the celebrities participating in the effort; which includes a PSA directed by former "Punky Brewster" star.

"Visiting Haiti was an eye-opening experience to say the least," Frye said. "I am deeply inspired by the will of the Haitian people and their determination to rebuild their beautiful country."

The "Help Haiti Home" campaign, which features celebrities appealing for donations and auctioning off various items, will donate campaign funds to help the more than 23,000 displaced people from the 2010 Haiti earthquake. "Dreaming is not so much a right as it is a human need—and without a home, there's little else to dream about," Penn says in the clip.

Participants giving any amount will be randomly entered to win prizes that include everything from signed scripts to a naughty outgoing voicemail greeting from Sarah Silverman. "This cast-signed script from "The Office" is worth billions," quips Rainn Wilson. "It's so much better than Edward Norton's signed "Illusionist" DVD. Who even understood that movie?"

So far, the campaign has raised more than $14,000. To chip in, watch the PSA below and hit the official site here.
