Can’t wait to see “The Revenge of the Electric Car“? Me neither. I’ve been waiting since I saw “Who Killed the Electric Car?” in the theater back in 2006! If you want to be one of the first to see it, get yourself to the Tribeca Film Festival next month. That’s where the much-anticipated electric car film will get its world premier.

Happening April 20 to May 1, The Tribeca Film Festival will also screen many other high-profile movies. But EV enthusiasts won’t want to miss this particular screening, which happens opening weekend on April 23. After the film will be a talk featuring director Chris Paine; the president and CEO of Nissan Motor Co., Carlos Ghosn; Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk, and Wall Street Journal columnist Dan Neil.

That panel will be moderated David Duchovny, who has told MNN he wishes the set of “Californication” was a little greener. Perhaps Hank Moody could use an all-electric Tesla?
