In keeping with her strong views on animal rights and a cruelty-free diet, actress Emily Deschanel had an all-vegan wedding last weekend.

Star of the hit television series "Bones", the 33-year-old actress married writer-actor David Hornsby on Sept. 25 during a small private ceremony in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles.

According to sources, the wedding was catered by Madeleine Bistro, considered one of the top vegetarian/vegan restaurants in L.A., to provide all of the delicious organic, vegan grub. (Including some delicious vegan s'mores!)

Unlike Chelsea Clinton's wedding earlier this year, there were no options for those not familiar with how deliciously tasty vegan food can be. So kudos to Deschanel for exposing some of her guests to the greener side of the plate.

Look for People magazine to feature pictures from the big day next week — but for now, Feather Love Photography has an exclusive shot of the happy couple for all to see.
