Chicken farmer/celebrity Jennifer Aniston paid Conan O'Brien a visit last night — bringing along a very special, edible gift for the host.

"Oh, Conan, these are my very own — well not my very own — fresh eggs," she said as she arrived on set, "Everyone's talking about my eggs — well, I'm giving them to you, Conan."

Aniston inherited a flock of them after purchasing a $21M Bel Air property that came with a coop, a dozen chickens, and an 8,500-square-foot mansion.

"They're very social animals, and they like it when you visit them with a cup of coffee in your hand," Aniston told the U.K. Globe last year. "And according to my groundskeeper, they love pasta."

The "We're the Millers" star added to Conan that she and fiance Justin Theroux are overwhelmed with the amount of eggs they receive from their flock.

"They pop 'em out like crazy, we just keep giving them away," she said. "I know I keep talking about it so I'm giving them to you."
