The new trailer for "Jurassic World" is here, bringing with it all the action, adventure and screams we've come to expect from the franchise.
Set 22 years after the disastrous events of the first film, "Jurassic World" takes us back to Isla Nublar. This time, however, billionaire John Hammond's dream has become a reality, with dinosaurs now a commonplace attraction.
"It sees more than 20,000 visitors every day," director Jon Trevorrow described earlier this year. "You arrive by ferry from Costa Rica. It has elements of a biological preserve, a safari, a zoo, and a theme park. There is a luxury resort with hotels, restaurants, nightlife and a golf course. And there are dinosaurs. Real ones. You can get closer to them than you ever imagined possible."
As you'll see in the trailer above, all that "playing God" by Jurrasic World scientists has given rise to a new breed of genetically modified dinosaurs. Naturally, things don't go well. Cue Star Lord (Chris Pratt) and his velociraptor army to save the day! (Seriously, I'll see the movie just for that scene.)
"Jurassic World" arrives in theaters on June 15.
