For the second consecutive year, Lady Gaga has been crowned the world's most charitable celebrity. The 25-year-old pop singer (whose real name is actually Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta) received the honor once again as part of's annual "Celebs Gone Good" list.

"There are some interesting trends from this year's list," says Aria Finger, COO of "It's dominated by young celebrities and we also see so many couples. Last year the list had its first power couple, Ashton and Demi, and this year there are a total of four couples. Doing good is definitely fun in groups."

2011 was another busy year for Gaga and her philanthropic efforts. From starting her own anti-bullying Born This Way Foundation to donating $1M to support homeless youth to using social media to help relief efforts in Japan and Africa.

Justin Bieber, another pop phenom with a penchant for giving back, rose from #10 to #2. noted the 17-year-old's work with Pencils of Promise, an organization that builds schools in Laos and Guatemala, as well as charity concerts, albums, and other fundraising merchandise. Beiber also crushed a birthday campaign for clean water and sold off lockets of his hair for as much as $40,000. As Ryan Butler will tell you, just knowing the guy also has its perks. Bieber's childhood friend receieved a Ford Mustang convertible for Christmas.

Other celebrities making the list include George Clooney, Ellen DeGeneres, Leonardo DiCaprio, and the entire rock group Coldplay. The full ranking is below.
