Elizabeth Hurley has become the latest celebrity to invite television cameras into her life — but unlike a traditional reality TV series, this one will be modest hour-long documentary giving a behind-the-scenes look at her philanthropy, family and farm in the U.K.

The actress purchased a 400-acre farm in Gloucestershire, England, several years ago and has since transformed it into a sustainable business selling organic meats and veggies under the label "Elizabeth Hurley Foods".

"It's the best thing that I've ever done ... it's the only place I want to be," she said.

In the documentary, which was first hinted at back in 2008, viewers will see Hurley making her own sausages, shearing sheep, and spending time with son Damian. Part of the 45-year-old's campaign to help Estee Lauder in drawing attention to breast cancer will also be spotlighted.

“I’m having a lot of fun shooting the show and my cows, pigs and sheep are all thrilled they’re going to be on TV," she said in a statement.

Look for "Living with Elizabeth Hurley" to be released on SKY Living HD sometime in 2011.
