You’ve monitored their heart rates, you’ve followed their tweets, and now, you can watch them on MTV. Those people would be Jessica Biel, Emile Hirsch, and many other celebs, leaders, and environmental educators who climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for last month’s Summit on the Summit, an initiative to raise awareness about — and money for — the global clean water crisis.

Fans and eco-activists followed the celeb-activists’ progress in real time during the climb — and now the whole ordeal’s going to be aired in eco-documentary form on MTV. The preview’s pretty melodramatic, with cold climbers getting tired, upset, discouraged and even injured.

Watching the preview, I have to say I’m pretty amazed at how good the celebs look even under extreme physical duress in freezing weather. See Jessica and Emile — as well as Lupe Fiasco, Santigold, Isabel Lucas, Elizabeth Gore, Alexandra Cousteau, Kick Kennedy and many others — by tuning in to watch Summit on the Summit: Kilimanjaro on MTV on March 14 at 9 p.m. ET.
