With the release date for director Paul W.S. Anderson's "Pompeii" quickly approaching, we're starting to see some new preview clips of the "Gladiator"-meets-"Titanic"-esque film. Regardless of how good/poor the story is, the main attraction will be seeing Pompeii blow its top and unleash thermal energy a hundred thousand times greater than the Hiroshima bombing. The catastrophic event, which destroyed the Roman towns of Pompeii and Herculaneum killed an estimated 16,000 people.
