Take a trip

There's no better way to experience the wizarding world than to immerse yourself in it. Take a tour of Hogwarts Castle, send a Howler at the Owl Post Office, try a Fizzing Whizbee at Honeyduke's, and sip a butterbeer at The Three Broomsticks — you can do all this and more at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, Fla.

The 20-acre theme park has re-created all your favorite Harry Potter destinations — from Hogwarts' Room of Requirement to Zonko's Joke Shop — and you know it must be good if J.K. Rowling herself had approval over every aspect of the attraction. In addition to the castle and the village of Hogsmeade, you can also try out the two rollercoasters, "Dragon Challenge" and "Flight of the Hippogriff."

And the park is your ultimate destination for all sorts of Harry Potter merchandise — you can buy everything from quaffles and bludgers to sneakoscopes and remembralls. You can even find your perfect wand at Ollivander's — but, of course, we all know that "the wand chooses the wizard."
