A little girl got a big surprise when she dropped a coin into the hat of a well-dressed street musician in Spain.
The man was a member of the Vallès Symphony Orchestra and was participating in a flashmob in celebration of the 130th anniversary of the founding of Banco Sabadell, one of Spain's largest banking groups. (And yes, this did happen in 2012, but it's good enough to share regardless.)
As the musician played Beethoven's "Ode to Joy," he was joined by the rest of the orchestra, and then the Lieder, Amics de l'Òpera and Coral Belles Arts choirs joined in for the grand finale.
What happened could best be described in three words: Best flashmob ever.
