Wadi Adventure, Abu Dhabi

Located in Al Ain, an inland oasis city that is part of the Arabian emirate of Abu Dhabi, Wadi Adventure is a park that contains one of the world's longest human-created whitewater courses. Its three kayaking and rafting channels together measure more than 1,100 yards in length. Whitewater novices can hit the water with the help of professional river guides, and kayakers can tackle runs of varying difficulty, from a simple Class I course for people with a few lessons under their belt to a Class III/IV run for advanced paddlers looking for a real challenge. It also boasts a wave pool with 10-foot surfable waves.
