In just a few short months, Madeline Stuart has gone from a model looking to make a name for herself to a young lady setting the modeling world on fire. Stuart, who has Down syndrome, has proven that the world is ready for a new definition of beauty. A definition that is inclusive of all shapes, sizes and abilities.

When we first heard about Stuart back in May, she was sharing her dreams with the world to become a model. And the world responded big time. Since then, the 18-year-old has landed a number of modeling contracts.

Stuart has been working with handbag company everMaya as the face of their new line of handbags — including one named after her! EverMaya is donating 5 percent of sales of every “Madeline” handbag to the National Down Syndrome Society.

Stuart has also been modeling for the body-conscious clothing company My Manifesta. We told you about this company back in June when they launched a campaign to get rid of the sizes from the clothing line to eliminate body shaming. Looks like they're breaking boundaries yet again with their latest model:

It was also recently released that Stuart will walk at New York Fashion Week in September.

She will walk the runway for the Italian fashion label, Moda, as part of their association with the Christopher Reeve Foundation.

Check out some of these pics to see what Stuart has been up to since we last saw her in the spring. And be on the lookout for more from this rising star in September and beyond.
