We know that impacts on our health are cumulative; and we know that many of the products we use are packed with chemicals. But it seems so harmless in the day to day — just a little bit of this here, and that there. Sometimes it can help to get a strong visual of what what we consume in a week (food)a month (garbage), or year (of makeup, shown here), really looks like. For me, this video reinforces why I use natural products, minimal makeup, and beauty products that are practically edible — because it all adds up over time, even if we can't always see it happening.

Does this video make you rethink your consumption at all?
