While President Obama continues to get flack from both sides of the aisle for his proposed economic package, Austan Goolsbee is returning to the White House White Board to explain the proposal. While the proposal seems pretty straightforward, Goolsbee — who is chair of the White House Council of Economic Advisers — takes the time to explain Obama’s plan in this video.
